Product Overview

This unit is used to test the 2,200mm x 2,600mm module and can be designed to meet the customer’s requirements. The unit requires that the length of power cable and thermal sensor cable on the heating board is in excess of 3000mm. To achieve and maintain a consistent heat, the electrical/heating board has a 2mm aluminium sheet on either side. Two Thermal sensors connect the heating board to the controller and then the heating board is heated to 80°C and maintained for two hours. This should be repeated 10 times with at least 30 minutes between each test. The temperature should be monitored and maintained at 80°C,± 5°C for the duration of the test. At the end of the test there should be no degradation of the materials on the heating board.

The Software System is used to control the heating of the unit, the temperature as well as monitoring the power. It records a temperature value for each bypass diode and makes comparisons through the junction diode to provide a pass/ fail status.
