Product Overview
The manual operation of the Mechanical Load Tester is simple and maintenance is easy. The unit is constructed from extruded aluminium and the fixtures and holders can be customised to meet the requirements of the testing module. The Air pressure is adjustable, with an output range from 2400pa to 5400pa ±5%, with a maximum measurement range of 220 x 260 cm.
The Tester complies with IEC 61646, IEC 61215 mechanical load test specification.

Features
- Each pneumatic cylinder has a vacuum sucker. The pressure is adjustable with a minimum pulling force of 2400pa.
- The Loading force is delivered to 12 vacuum suckers through crossbars and pillars.
- Each vacuum sucker is equipped with a vacuum level indicator.
- Each cylinder acts with a pulling force of up to 45kg between sucker and glass.
- The distance between, sucker to sucker, is adjustable between 120mm - 400mm.
- The angle of the sucker is adjustable by 15° between joint and arm.
- The angle of the pneumatic cylinder is rotatable by 15° between the cylinder and the crossbar.
