THP Systems have formed a Global Service Alliance which has been created in response to our customers' needs to have highly skilled service personal available for maintenance and repair resource local to them.
THP also recognises that many of our customers have purchased products from many different original equipment manufacturers , our Global service alliance can provide support and high quality spares parts for a wide range of systems including , Vibration , Thermal , Drop Shock and hydraulic Systems.
Our alliance also offers customers the opportunity to upgrade their existing facility's to encompass the ECO and ISM technology to further prologue the life time of the installed equipment and reduce their costs.
On-Site Repair
Our network of highly skilled service engineers will come on site for fault diagnostics and to repair the systems. THP can accommodate our customer's service requirements globally, ensuring that our customers receive fast responses and reduced down times
Maintenance
Maintaining your equipment will ensure the reliability of the system and test results. It is strongly recommended that the customer service their apparatus regularly.
Our highly experience service engineers will handle all your maintenance requirements. THP can accommodate for maintenance around the world.
Warranty
Warranty claims will be investigated to provide THP with the knowledge of why this has occurred during test and to minimising this from happening again
Spare Parts
All parts are genuine parts from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and come with the same guarantees. Stock is held in varies locations around the world to provide quick delivery to customers' when required.
Technical Support
THP staff has over 50 years combined experience in environmental testing. THP partners are the experts within their fields of testing; from vibration testing, analysers to controllers and software, THP and partners will support our customers from start to finish.
