Completing accurate drop tests for small items / articles can be challenging. King Design Have come up with a solution in the form of the KD-208 Small Article Drop Tester to provide and accurate free fall drop tests for Mobile Phones, Batteries, Tablets and Digital Cameras.

The KD-208 features a drop height range of 30mm ~ 2200mm with customization options available and a maximum package weight of 5kg.

The KD-208 also allows for easy accurate adjustment for all possible orientations on the package’s edges and corners. The Small Article Drop Test System has a handy LCD display for data output and settings.

The impact floor is a steel plate, with 3 columns support, servo control and precision ball screw for the height adjustment, which is accurate within 1mm thanks to the digital control system.
