  • What types of testing does THP Systems provide?

    We offer vibration testing, climatic & environmental testing, ISTA & transit testing (including Amazon, FedEx, ASTM and ISO protocols), shock & drop testing, compression testing, NI-based data logging, signal analysis and compliance testing for specialist standards such as MIL-STD, ISO-6800 among others.

  • Do you support combined environmental and vibration testing?

    Yes. Our 16kN vertical system integrates with a climatic chamber, allowing temperature-controlled vibration testing across a wide temperature range.

  • Can you test to specific industry or defence standards?

    Yes. We regularly test to ISTA, ASTM, ISO, MIL-STD, IEC, FedEx, Amazon and other manufacturer-specific requirements. If you have a bespoke or non-standard test, we can build a custom test plan.

  • Do you offer Amazon package certification testing?

    Yes. We support Amazon ISTA test methods and can provide full documentation needed for certification submissions.

  • Can you run custom test profiles?

    Yes. We can run bespoke vibration, temperature, humidity and combined profiles defined by your engineering team or derived from field measurements.

  • What size products can you test?

    Maximum dimensions vary by equipment:

    • Large environmental chambers: up to approx. 1000mm × 900mm

    • Slip table: 700mm × 700mm

    • Other fixtures are dependent on the test setup; contact us for specific dimensions.

  • What force levels can your vibration systems achieve?

    We operate 16kN, 20kN, and 40kN electrodynamic shakers suitable for sine, random and shock testing up to 3000Hz.

  • Which ISTA levels do you support?

    We offer ISTA 1, 2, 3, 4 & 6 series testing, plus enhanced protocols for Amazon, Sam’s Club and FedEx

  • Do you provide certified ISTA reports?

    Yes — your tests are overseen by our Level-3 ISTA-trained specialist, and reports include pass/fail results, raw data, analysis, photos and notes.

  • Can you help me determine which standards I need?

    Yes. If you’re unsure whether ISTA, Amazon, ASTM, MIL-STD or ISO applies to your situation, we can advise based on your supply chain, product type and packaging configuration.
