Ziegler Instruments GmbH manufacture systems designed to test automotive components for annoying noises. With a focus of providing customers with solutions to test for Squeak and Rattle , Ziegler also provide products and services to enable materials used within vehicles to be tested at the vehicle design phase for their "stick slip" properties thus reducing the risk of annoying noises occurring. Ziegler's team of experienced engineers are actively engaged by many of the leading high quality vehicle manufacturers to assist in the design of interior sub systems to ensure that there final product designs take into account squeak and rattle prevention. Ziegler also produce bespoke test facility's for dynamic squeak and Rattle testing and have designed and developed there OCIAN software system to be used as part of many leading vehicle manufacturer's and OEMS quality procedures.
