Systems support programmable motion profiles (linear, sine, random), controlled normal force, and testing with third-body substances such as oils, greases, fuels, coolants, water, pastes and dusts. Outputs include friction metrics and risk indicators such as Risk Priority Number plus event counts and rates, with options for simultaneous acoustic capture when friction noise is critical. Selected platforms align with VDA 230-206 and major OEM specs.
