ACS (Angelantoni Test Technologies) has completed a significant internal reorganisation, with Aerre Service S.r.l. — a wholly owned subsidiary focused on equipment servicing — merged by incorporation into the parent company, Angelantoni Test Technologies S.r.l. (ATT). Effective 31 December 2025, the move consolidates ACS’s service operations under a single entity, with the goal of delivering faster, more consistent support to customers across Europe and internationally.
What the Merger Means for ACS Customers
Previously, customers dealing with service, maintenance, and repair of ACS environmental test chambers in Italy had two points of contact: ATT for manufacturing and Aerre Service for after-sales support. From 1 January 2026, all service activities, contracts, and commercial relationships previously managed by Aerre Service are handled directly by Angelantoni Test Technologies S.r.l.
According to ATT Service Manager Francesco Fallani: “This integration will allow us to combine the solidity and resources of ATT with the flexibility and customer focus of Aerre Service. Together, we will be able to offer an even faster, more integrated and innovative service, benefiting our customers and our employees.”
In practice, this means a streamlined service chain — the same technical expertise customers valued from Aerre Service, backed by the full resources of one of Europe’s largest environmental test chamber manufacturers.
