SLICE Free Motion Headform (FMH)
Product Overview
The SLICE Free Motion Headform features a cable-free operation with DAS Integration by Humanetics. The SLICE Free Motion Headform (FMH) integrates the ultra-small SLICE NANO data acquisition system into a cable-free solution that is simple-to-use, extremely flexibility and highly reliable.
The SLICE FMH is a complete integrated, cable-free solution. Accelerometers and optional angular rate sensors connect directly to the internal SLICE NANO data recorder. Once programmed, no PC is needed to arm and launch the FMH.
The SLICE Free Motion Headform (FMH) with the integrated ultra-small SLICE NANO data acquisition system is a cable-free automotive safety testing solution. Offering the ultimate in flexibility, reliability and repeatability, the SLICE Free Motion Headform is a turn-key solution that directly writes data to flash memory.
The system is armed on the launcher with the push of a switch mounted in the skull. The system automatically boots and a bright LED indicates ready status. The system triggers when the defined acceleration level is exceeded, saving both pre and post trigger data.
SLICE NANO DAS mounted on load cell structural replacement is designed to maintain proper mass and CG. SLICE also works with: Flex Pedestrian Legform & Pedestrian Headforms.
