Product Overview

SLICE6 is a modular data acquisition system designed for test applications that require high-speed sampling with precision timing. SLICE6 features unmatched performance, flexibility and reliability in an ultra-small package. SLICE6 makes it easy to build systems in 6-channel increments and supports up to hundreds of channels per test.

Each module contains a microprocessor, flash memory, control circuits and a sensor interface complete with excitation, variable gain, and 16-bit ADCs. A simple interface provides trigger and communication signals for chaining multiple modules. SLICE6 is ideal for in-dummy and test applications with tight space constraints that require precision and reliability.

The miniature, rugged SLICE6 data acquisition system is designed for test applications that require high-speed sampling with precision timing. An IEEE 1588 compliant Ethernet switch allows PTPv2 daisy-chaining of hundreds of channels.

SLICE6 Sensor Kits (1, 2, 3-Channel)

Used with Sensor Interface Module, the Sensor Kits are available in 1, 2 or 3-channels and include the backshell and connector.

Connects to SLICE6 system port via a Nano D connector to pigtail. (1 m length)

SLICE6 Daisy Chain Cable

Chains multiple SLICE6 modules. Connects to the SLICE6 system port. Supports pass-through power, communication, event and status. (20 cm length)

EOC to Adapter Cable

Adapter cable for Interfacing SLICE6 to and End of Chain (EOC) device. Micro-D to MCS- 12 (20 cm length).

DataPRO Software

DataPRO is a powerful set-up, control and data viewing software for DTS hardware. The intuitive user interface is designed to help test engineers create, control and manage every aspect of a test. DataPRO makes it easy to access complete sensor and hardware details, plus share test information via standalone or centralized SQL databases. Key features include integrated off-line test builder, extensive ISO MME database, enhanced diagnostic tools, multiple viewing options and automatic report generation.
