Product Overview

ACS standard and customized test chambers can be equipped with sun or IR simulation system for tests on materials, aging, air conditioning systems, emission test benches, etc.The control software of the lighting system can be integrated in the control software of the climatic chamber.

Standard T & RH test chambers Discovery My can be equipped with lamps to perform a sun simulation test. The lamp structure is made of anodized aluminum, while the assembly components are of stainless steel. The percentage of the lamp intensity can be changed using the touchscreen control panel. It takes approximately 3 minutes from the moment the lamp is turned on for it to reach the requested output.

A plug is provided for the inside of the chamber, which can be easily removed and/or installed so as to use the chamber in its standard configuration without the lamp. The device is positioned on top of the chamber. International standards such as DIN 75220 and others can be performed

    R472 ACS green refrigerant gas

    The wide range of ACS Climatic and Thermostatic Chambers for solar simulation tests allows you to control the varying of the temperature, humidity and lamp brightness inside the test compartment to simulate the effects of sunlight on the product.

    The chamber uses a lamp whose intensity can be changed percentagewise via the touchscreen control panel. During the test, the inspection window is covered by a panel installed in the chamber door. An internal plug is also supplied, which can be easily removed and/or inserted so that the chamber can also be used in standard configuration (without the lamp).

    • Solar lamp
      The lamp structure is made of anodized aluminum and the assembly components are made of stainless steel.

    • Internal chamber plug
      The internal chamber plug is easy to remove and/or install and makes it possible to use the chamber in its standard configuration without a lamp.
    • Porthole cover panel
      An easy to remove and/or install inspection porthole cover panel is provided for installation in the chamber door.
    • Electrical power system (EPS)
      This unit provides a permanent regulation of the power output. The irradiance selected will therefore be stabilized by means of voltage and current parameters. This device is positioned on top of the chamber.
    • Maintenance
      The light bulb is easy to change thanks to the handy clamps provided.
    • Control and management system and interfaces
      Controlled by PLC and Advanced HMI

      The humidifier with a self-contained heater and dedicated controlling S/W offers two great advantages:

      • it does not require distilled or demineralised water to operate properly
      • it uses ‘dry’ vapour in order to avoid condensation on the specimens and to reproduce real environmental conditions

    MyKratos Support Manage & Control

    MyKratos™ control software makes it possible to manage, monitor and assist the chamber anywhere, at any time, in multiple ways via the on-board panel and desktop/mobile devices (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, mobile network). The chamber wireless (Wi-Fi) connection permits operation using tablets and smartphones (iOS or Android compatible).

    The operator interface can also be remotely accessed through a chamber connection to the customer’s LAN or via mobile network (on activation of a SIM card data). It includes the MyAngel24™ interactive assistance system.

  • Software

    Control System

    The chamber is equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for managing all the chamber’s functions and safety interlocks.

    The chamber basic control is supplied by Weazy™, a very flexible HMI accessible on the 10 inch on board display.

    WinKratos (optional) allows the complete management of the chamber functions: from manual control to the creation (through the graphic editor) of test profiles, including monitoring and recording, processing, graphical representation and analysis of data.

    MyAngel24™ (optional) is the Advanced Services Platform developed by ACS to offer fast, effiicient and secure remote activities, allowing Automatic Reporting and Preventive Maintenance.
